Matt, you're a huge inspiration, man! Your training videos are fantastic. After watching your videos, I don't feel like training inside and most especially not in the average gym either. I really wish I had some form of transportation because if I did, I'd most definitely be up there for the training day of yours and Smitty's! Having a workout with you is on my bucket list! It's gotta happen. Maybe not this year, but I'll go to Virginia Beach sometime in the not so distant future...
