I've seen Nureyev and Fontaine dance "Swan Lake" many times. But beyond the famous legend and the roof-raising cheers of devotees, these two are more sublime and transcendent.
If they dance together for any length, time will prove me right. All you have to do is look.

Oh My God! The corps are together! Is this the same messy, straggly, never-together ABT corps de ballet I used to have to giggle at whenever they had to carry the show? Someone’s really worked on them here. They look marvelous, and their tutus are beautifully cut. Someone should make a pattern for all the other ballet companies. Hint, hint, the new Royal Ballet production.

When the swans are all dancing together, it looks like an illusion. it's like someone took a effects graphic to them and made them shimmer like when you unfocus your gaze on something and it looks like it doubles.. :D beautful
