RON PAUL 4409 -- About this video -- Took a road trip to see the brand new scam being ran in the little old town of Prescott, Arizona?

The people of Prescott should rise up and put an end to this bullshit that lines the pockets of international business men.

This is nothing more than a tax on the people and does NOT provide the community with anything but less money to feed their families.

Look at the bright side, I'm sure you don't need that money and the CEO at Redflex/ATS has to make the payment on her new Ferrari. Call and tell her she is welcome!

Karen Finley says, It's very humbling to be involved with a company that saves lives. If Redflex is so concerned about safety, it could use its influence to help in other ways.

Here's a suggestion: In some areas of Mexico, before the traffic light turns red, the light not only turns yellow but also blinks a few times, so there is time to respond. I believe if we changed our traffic signal lights to this type of setup, fewer law-abiding citizens would be caught by short-timed yellow lights suddenly turning red, and be able to stop. This would cut down on accidents and many of these $160 scam tickets being mailed.

Isn't this what Redflex wants for us, fewer accidents and more lives saved? Or is its goal more tickets delivered?

Am I the only one who feels like I am playing musical chairs whenever I am about 30 feet from a red-light camera intersection?

Is Redflex humble enough to cover the cost for someone who stops suddenly to avoid that red-light ticket, gets rear-ended, suffers major injuries and whose car is totaled?

Stop the cash-cow gorilla before it gets any bigger and shows up in a city near you!

  • Great video!

However, the larger picture is all of these criminal traffic codes, (color of law) and not laws at all. Pass a statute prohibiting rice thrown at weddings. Anyone can make a safety argument. The state tells you that if you drive (knowingly) with a burned out light, you are a criminal. And safety says you may somehow cause harm to another. BS!

I may cause harm by just driving my car down the driveway too. People need to wake up!

  • Pretty soon me and a couple of friends are going to hit the one o one and smash the cameras with a hammer and claim the cameras as abandoned private property on public property just incase we get caught doing it, and then leave a sign that says were done protesting.

  • @lostbuffalo same happened here. I sent a pretty angry letter to our senator. Also WTF is up with police not knowing there place in this whole thing. The court is the teeth, the police are the mouth, and we are the helpess deer caught in between. The mouth isnt aloud to swallow us without the teeth agreeing to chew us its non sense.

  • @lostbuffalo That is why I do not speak to them. Period. And no one should.

  • @cilcannonvryce Remember. An officer's job is to collect evidence. He's on a hunt, a fishing expedition for any evidence to make an accusation. a charge against you or your license to engage in a regulated activity. if he's asking questions he is looking for more evidence. Example: when pulled over for speeding and asked if you knew how fast you were going he's asking if the violation he witnessed was accidental or willful and reckless. More evidence= more charges, more public safety(and money)

  • @cilcannonvryce Once you request or submit to a hearing or any venue with law enforcement which is not court you have voluntarily surrendered your 5th amendment rights to remain silent and anything you say. any evidence you provide can and will be used against you. At this point you either pay, or you then get your right to a trial after you have incriminated yourself and provided law enforcement with all the evidence they need to win.

  • @cilcannonvryce The deal with honor and dispute... Plaintiff and defendant are in dispute. The court and the judge are not in dispute but are only a venue. the Judge not being party to the dispute is in honor and the only person in office lawfully fit to preside over a case. Any proceedings you engage in outside of court are voluntary and may be one sided or mutual arbitration by a third party. Only an appearance in court to answer a charge is mandatory.

  • @cilcannonvryce Remember, Only the county court, established by the state constitution under the federal constitution may hold court. Police may not hold court. The criminal justice system of a jurisdiction may bring a charge against you, and may arrest you to insure you appear in court to answer the charges, and may execute the court order. As the plaintiff in a court case the criminal justice system is in dispute with the defendant and may not hold court. Only a judge, in honor may hold court.

  • @cilcannonvryce No charges no trial; No trial, no judgment; No judgment, no court order to pay; No court order, no debt. No debt, no collections.

Make no statement to the police. Anything you say can and will be used against you. Any excuse you offer is admission you were there justifying their charges against you.

Wait for a summons, hire an attorney, Have the Attorney dispute the charges. Appear in court as required by law and do not say anything at all to anyone except your attorney.

  • @lostbuffalo See how it works now.

  • If people would just load a twelve guage up with some double ott and fire a few rounds into these things every night, that would take care of the problem.

  • Aren't there like laser pointers that have a green light that can cause the cameras to malfunction and go offline? Or does it permanently burn the lense. Cause we all know they are willing to blow more money on it
