best coverage my arse. tvo got more time during the coverage than the actual olympics. thank god 9 and fox have the winter olypics and the sumer games. they will do a better, job no doubt about it

Seven's got themselves into a fine mess in Queensland during the Olympics. For the first time in a while, the Olympics will run concurent with the EKKA(The Beijing Games may affect crowds and Nine has the EKKA sponsorship all wrapped up), and then days after the closing ceremony of Beijing, Seven will be screening Riverfire but with most likely a rushed promotion period as 7 may not have time to promote during Beijing (as the best spots for ads{e.g swimming} would go to high paying advertisers.)

A little update, It looks like all the promotion for Riverfire is on Nine... yet 7's broadcasting. Maybe Seven really doesn't care about Riverfire this year, as long as Beijing did well for them I suppose.

Thats pretty sad! Nine always promote it better, although channel 7 had a few angles I liked last year...
