These videos are intended to demonstrate performance of Crysis and Crysis Warhead on my machine. I used fraps so the frame rate was a bit low. In game frame rate was actually between 35-40fps.

My Specs:

ASUS G51vx-RX05 Gaming Laptop
Intel Core 2 Duo P7350 @ 2.55 Ghz
4GB Ram @ 1Ghz
1GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260M Overclocked to 590Mhz Core/950Mhz Memory/1550Mhz Shader

  • I've got the same laptop and am now considering overclocking my video card. Did you use any cooling mods and notice a significant increase in GPU temp?

  • @AndrewCP2k8

No cooling mods. Temperature goes up as high as 105 Celsius. It starts slowing down pretty bad after around 100 C. Try to play in a well-ventilated and cool area when you overclock.

  • so would yo recommend this laptop

  • @MrWilliam5564

    Absolutely.

  • Did you know that you could update to windows 7 Ultimate 32-64bit for free PM me I'll give you link .

  • @LostMYmind904 gtx+

  • Surely over locking a laptop is like putting an ice cube in an oven(head scratch)

  • @ManitheGamer21 I do? I have it overvolted to 1.15v@ 620/1510/1100 Check my channel bud

  • you never reach 35fps on very high with a gtx260m^^

  • Fun Fact: The GTX 260m is only equivalent to a 9800gt desktop Gpu.

  • @filipi346 if its made for it and has a laptop cooler then it will take awhile especially if your on low to medium

  • how long does it take for the notebook to overheat and get fucked up while gaming? i mean, getting laggy and shit

  • lmao "fuck spam" hahah

  • @DeMoNsLaYeR818 or with a laptop cooler

  • @Zyromkiru

okay thanks, I got the m15x with the 5850 in the end and I was pretty impressed, I can max out Crysis with 1080p with a minimum of like 16-20 fps.
