what an EPIC Moog Wall!!! I'll have to try out this piece of software! I'm always up for new sounds.

@ikmultimedia - How long did it take for you to build that room with all that stuff?

I love the mini lead and wah bass presets of this plugin

klaus shultze is probably a bit sad seeing this...

@metabog Well maybe not with the Taurus, but there so many good Minimoog emulations out there.

@dopemcee Plenty of people use this for live gigs.

My opinion is that you have lot more freedom with the numerous actual Moog emulator plugins, rather than with recorded samples.

@metabog Give the demo a try. The SampleTank engine's flexibility and the quality of these may surprise you quite a bit.

@ikmultimedia You're right, I tried the demo today, and it's great for what it is, you can tell they're analog recordings (they have this nice, fizzy, fat, almost distorted quality to them) . Nice job preserving these awesome sounds, especially for the clean waveforms included. The only downside is that of course, they are samples, and you only get a number of different samples, for each sound, but that's the compromise for having an actual analog sound.
Cheers.

@metabog Right on! You just can't get the patching and tweaking and absolute INSANITY of something like Erik's Wall of Doom but you can get the sounds as a great "basso" for your sonic recipes.
