Film about the recording session for this new cd "ich muss dich lassen ...", released by the label Ricercar. For these recordings, the beautiful Begijnhofkerk (UNESCO World Heritage) in Sint-Truiden was the scene of the most varied music by one of Flanders greatest composers: Heinrich Isaac, once 'Kapellmeister' to no one else but the emperor of the holy roman empire!

On the new cd one hears Isaac whilst at work during his stay in "Flandria", Florence, in Vienna, Innsbruck, Augsburg, in service of emperor Maximilian I and composing wonderful pieces of music such as: La Morra, Ich stund an einem Morgen (Senfl & Isaac), the melancholic Quis dabit capiti meo aquam, the famous Insprugk, ich muss dich lassen, ... and many more!

Film over de opnames voor onze nieuwste cd die doorgingen in de prachtige Begijnhofkerk (UNESCO-werelderfgoed) te Sint-Truiden.
Op het programma staat de meest gevarieerde muziek van een groots Vlaams componist: Heinrich Isaac, die onder meer 'Kapellmeister' van niemand minder dan de keizer van het grote roomse rijk was.

Op de cd, uitgegeven door het label Ricercar, hoort u Isaac aan het werk tijdens zijn verblijven in "Flandria", Firenze, in Wenen, Innsbruck, Augsburg, in dienst van Keizer Maximiliaan I: La Morra, Ich stund an einem Morgen (Senfl & Isaac), het melancholische Quis dabit capiti meo aquam, het beroemde Insprugk, ich muss dich lassen, ... en nog zovele meer!
