  • Was that the music from Crocodile Dundee?

  • I must say GREAT vid. You are always filled with lots of great info and facts. From this review I decided to pic up a conversion for my 23 since I'm a first time gun owner. I figured this would help me with training and muscle memory while keeping my wallet heavier then buying 500 rounds of 40mm at a time. Took a lot of calls to track a conversion kit down tho.

  • No problem man I'm glad the video could help.

And yes finding them can be very tricky right now. I'm pretty sure Advantage Arms has them backordered for 6+ months so finding one in stock is really your only option.

    Thanks for watching

  • Strokin' the guinea pig.

  • cool vid! I just bought a Glock 19-23 Advantage Arms 22lr conversion kit... a lot due to your vid. Thanks man!

  • I found your video and got excited cause I'm having trouble removing the extractor spring from the slide on my conversion unit and you mentioned a slide disassembly in the video. the firing pin assembly is easy to remove but beyond that, it is different than a Glock. Have you ever removed the extractor pin and extractor from yours or not? If so, does it take quite a bit of pretty aggressive pounding with a pin punch to remove? Thanks,

  • i just got mine today lol didnt have to wait months, do Winchester work i loved them i hated the rems cuz they were really dirty in my 10/22's. could you go and take out them screws on the slide??

  • Outstading vid... 5stars

  • @250rapid what you see in this video are all of the internal parts minus the extractor, sprind and pin. i've already addressed this. so no worries about "other internal parts" failing because they don't exist.

  • no reason to jump to false conclusions. there is a rolled pin than holds the extractor in place. it's just like the firing pin retaining pin on the bolt of a ruger mark iii. just tap out the pin and out comes the extractor and spring. if you look on the AA website, you will see where you can order parts. they have the extractor there for 7 bucks.
