  • Is it just me who finds it weird that people keep calling him Sir on here? :')

  • @selbs101 I find that strange too! I also find it strange when my ex-students, now men and women with children, mortgages, and incomes hiigher than mine still call me 'sir' when we talk. I tell them not to.....

  • is this guy a keynesian?

  • @cartmanfan0316 only on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings.

  • @pajholden Didn't mean to sound rude. So as some who is from England, do you support demand side/keynesian economics? Just curious.

  • @cartmanfan0316 I didn't take it as rude! Don't worry! I do think there is a role for government to play through expansionary D-side policy and monetary management via a central bank. But I have to say, as I grow older I am becoming more and more pro-market. What do you think?

  • Sir, this makes me want to truly express my appreciation. Your videos have been like my own private tutor. You are helping a lot of students. I want to thank you for all the effort you put into doing this.

While the Tuesday/Thursday answer might seem a bit humorous, of course it can be so that one is more in favour of a keynesian approach to one problem, whereas another effect in another time might ask for a more (neo)classical approach. There might be some good points in both theories.

I viewed a lot of these video's, and I have yet to discover a preference of Mr Holden to one side. I believe he doesn't have one.

  • oh you god you! thanks for making learning fun

  • @pparraddoxx bloody music industry, perfect example of oligopoly. How can four labels own everything we listen to?!
