  • @living4fire If it were me, & had the transmission since day one, I would change the ATF every 50k miles if the transmission was leading an easy life. Just to show how far automatics & the oils that lubricate 'em have come, my '97 GM 4L60E went 206K mile on the original fluid. Obviously, it must've led a somewhat easy life for it had 205k when I bought it.

  • when do i change it 2 MONTHS /3 ,why do we have some bimbo who dont know

shit from chrome on , is she banging the director ? she looked like all pancake and silicone anyway !

  • @sideburns2009 it is the local news....

  • Cars by Gary Numan

  • what song plays in the opening

  • that's what she said!

  • Operator could have been doing a better job here, like lighting out the staff. Otherwise very informative. David Rogers does good job explaining.

  • Everything he is saying about transmissions is true, change your fluid often to extend the life of your transmission. You wouldn't let engine oil go 100,000 miles now why would you let transmission fluid? Transmission fluid is the oil for your transmission just as motor oil is oil for your engine. You don't have to change it every couple thousand miles like motor oil but still should be changed at least every 50,000 miles in my opinion. Do what you want it is your transmission.
