US Health Care Bill pays a Visit to the Bizarro World

Written by Mike Cohen

Friday, 20 November 2009
I've been trying to read our Healthcare bill, and have found to be impossible because after reading it (mind you new sections seem to be added every minute), I may need two attorneys and English translators to come up with an explanation of what it all means.

Sorry to have to expose you to a portion of that very poorly written, 1990 page health care bill (Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521 National Medical Device Registry), but maybe you can tell me what it means.

"... the Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this Subsection referred to as the Registry) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that - (A) is that has been used in or on a patient; and (B) is a Class III device; or (ii) A Class II device that is Implantable..."

Now what is this?

From what I could gather, devices that are implantable are called MicroChips, I know this much. "Class II, Class III implantable devices, data on each device"? Really? What are micorchips doing in a Health Care bill?

  • Seventh Day Adventism, a legalist cult based in Judeo-masonic pharisaism

  • I just searched HR 3962 for key word RFID and I can not find this in the bill...

  • @jschwind435 try device ...

  • Just last I week I believe it was...On CNN they were trying to debunk the whole thing about if you go wtih Obama's healthcare we'll be given chips. They tried to make light of that situation like it was all a big joke and they didn't take it seriously.

Obviously someone told them to air that to calm the nerves of the non believers of the healthcare. THe same thing happened when Oprah trashed the whole Bible.A day later CNN said that she didn't mean it that way.Someone's pulling the strings

  • Yeah, Oprah sold her audience on how great the banker bail out was going to be for the average consumer.

  • I think the chip is a marvelous idea. ((Shhh, Double parenthesis are cloaking devices for text, "They" can't read posts bordered by dbl. parenthesis)) I would like to get my implant ASAP. ((Fuckin' Cock Sucking Shitswallowers can implant a chip in my Cold, Dead Asshole, After they clean up the bodies of those unsuccessful at the first attempt)) Can someone please give me the address of an appropriate facility? ((To be forwarded to the Militia)) Thank you, Have a Great Day :-)

  • Hey!! Where's my chip?! I'm still waiting!!

  • @jschwind435 That's because it's not referring to, or "requiring" you to have ANYTHING implanted into your body. Your new healthcare CARD will most likely have RFID tech, as do your credit/debit cards/passports and the like. The plan simply registers your pacemakers/ artificial eyes/ears, and other electronic devices and will contain your medical history along with identification. The plan does not mention tracking or finances AT ALL.

  • What does this have to do with the SDA church? this is stupid.

  • @carmelcup92

All hail Joseph Smith, ... err, I mean Ellen White. They knew each other you know?

  • @BakersBoyz

That statement, coming from a Mormon such as yourself, does not surprise me, you are equally deluded and misinformed brother.
