pretty good for your age, but not 80 i can tell ya that, if you wanna get there work on your stride cuz its kinda sloppy, take a longer stride and push off harder and you will gain atleast 6 or 7 mph on your throw.

@ksuowl2 Your mechanics are very strong for even a JV/Varsity level player and I would imagine anyone giving you a hard time about your ability is simply jealous. Working the sequence, you have a smooth delivery with a great leg lift, you carry your hips well down the line, your front side (left arm, lead hip) are in excellent position to deliver with power, your arm cocks appropriately in a good slot and you finish out over your front side beautifully.
