  • @littleriddick1 believe me i get lots of sleep :-P and i think im going to change my 12 week body transformation into 16 weeks, because the last month i didnt really know what i was doing, but now i do, im making a video same like yours, will send you the link in a few months when it is done :-D

    Also, get lots's of sleep(like 7 to 8 hours) and eat on a caloric deficit. (less than your recommended intake for the day. Put all that together and you'll see results...fo-sho. ;-)

  • @superkrystian - wow...quite the routine....sounds like mine! =) hehehe... Try changing it up though...If you been doing this for a month now, change the routine to 20 reps of 5 (or as many reps you can after the 1st set of 20)...take only 25 second rests between sets.... once you go the next exercise, take a 1 minute rest. As for the cardio, jogging is great, but again - try to change it up...use the elliptical on some days, rollerblade or play a sport. cont'd....

  • @littleriddick1 ok thank you, do you think this is a good routine i use? Monday- Gym Tuesday- Jog Wednesday- Gym Thursday- Rest Friday-Gym Saturday-Jog Sunday-Rest Every time i go to the gym i work out every body part doing 5 sets of ten, it does the job, muscles are completely exhausted. and i do a 2 mile jog on tuesdays and saturdays
  • @superkrystian - approx 110grams or more / day - most of the protien I get is from protien supplements like PVL Maxx & Kaizen ISO Whey after my workouts....

  • Thanks guy. looking to create another one of these videos again..but in regards to your question, there are so many reasons why you may not be getting results. But let's try to rule out a few ideas.

    1. Does the workout program you are using "change" exercises all the time? (like P90x or the one I used)? 2 avoid plateauing

    2. Are you eating every 3 hours? If not - get eating!

    3. Are you eating more than your recommended calorie intake?

    4. Are you getting enough sleep?

    Try that. Let me know
