Wow!! They looked like my Maisto Tailwinds 1/144 scale diecast model but in real size! Excellent vid, maybe old but is 5 stars. Look at that awesome fleet and sounds! makes me wanna have a diecast fleet of Maisto F-104s but they could cost very expensive. I luv planes and F-104 is one of my favorites.

Because of the Smoke the J79 was called in the Lufftwaffe Luftverteidigungsdiesel roughly translated airdefencediesel, T´hank you for posting.

Dat geluid he. man man man wat is dat toch mooi. Als kleine man in veghel gewoont en met de juiste wind het opstarten horen..=)))
En als ze dan laag overkwamen, aahhhhhhh wat mooi.
Mijn Pa was hoofd Navigatie en heb dus heel wat tijd langs de baan door gebracht.

Dat waren de dagen, dikke rookpluimen e.d. Milieu? niemand gaf om milieu :-)
Veel kisten in de lucht altijd, mooi om te zien.
Tegenwoordig is het allemaal wel anders. Zo slecht leek de koude oorlog niet eens achteraf. :-)
