The SCSIIT report this video refers to is very difficult to read, both highly technical and morbid. Reader discretion advised!
SCSIIT report surprises:
- the astronauts can't have their visors down for more than a minute when things are normal
- the helmets do not have any impact protection
- the seatbelts didn't work
- the forward section and crew module are aerodynamically unstable
Not surprises:
- Rick and Willie we're fighting to get the hydraulic systems restarted
