@hushabyebutterfly haha yes it's actually a Snus tin it is spitless tobacco that Thomas uses occasionally. It's empty of course and has been washed out. It is one of Jayden's favorite toys lol. He loves that he can take the lid on and off himself : )

Well--not too sure about all the washing instructions and restrictions on the new type of cloth diapers??? But--I use a WET diaper pail for all my old-fashioned cloth diapers and I put a squirt of Dawn Dish Detergent in there and one drop of tea tree oil and the bathroom smells nice and the diapers come out as clean and sweet smelling as new after washing!

haha I meant Snus! lol! yeah my husband uses it occasionally too! Thats how I knew what it was!

@08jaydensmommy08 I have both BumGenius AND Happy Heinys. They're both awesome. Happy Heinys fabric on the inside of the diaper is a bit harder to clean poop off of, but other than that, they're very similar. Oh, and I use 2 oz of Country Save detergent and about a teaspoon of oxyclean per large load.

@08jaydensmommy08 Neat! Yea I havent heard of too many people naming their child Zander, I love the name. It was either Aiden or Zander but my nephews name is Jayden and I didnt want their names to rhyme lol! Thats cute about the lip gloss..

@FiretruckHelicopter I do have a couple one size pocket diapers but they are not Bumgenius. I LOVE how easy they are to clean and wash but I like the fit of the all in ones much better because they are sized. I am really thinking about trying a sized pocket diaper like Happy Heinys that way I can have both features I like so well: Pockets and the fit of the sized ones) Do you use any other types or just Bumgenius? What washing detergent do u use?

I ALWAYS do an extra rinse and lately I have even been adding a whole extra hot heavy wash and it helps a little but they still smell faintly. Bumgenius say u can use bleach once a month on them which really helps but it only helps for that one wash then the smell comes right back. I have never tried oxyclean. Is it safe for cloth diapers? If so how often would I be able to use it?

@08jaydensmommy08 I used all in ones when T was a newborn, but switched to one-size pockets when he was around 8 months. They don't hold the smell in, and they dry MUCH faster. You have to stuff them (and unstuff them when they're wet), which takes an extra step, but it's so much better. Have you tried a double rinse cycle, or a teaspoon of oxyclean?
