Deevee777-you must be very young. Would that be like the Nigerian ID theft rings in the U.S. One of the biggest problems in America is whites generally come down on white political thieves. Blacks pull the race card and back blacks no matter what. You might want to look at current black Rep Alcee Hastings who took bribes back in 1981.
