  • i knew acorns were edible although acorn flour?This is interesting, can you make bread from it??

  • @knightleydalefarm Yep; I have a small list of uses at the end of the video. I describe how the gluten level makes the bread suitable for certain baking products ie: flat-breads and biscuits, as the gluten is low.
