The University of Notre Dame is steeped in traditions dating back almost 170 years when the university was founded in 1842. Notre Dame football game day gives visitors to the South Bend campus an opportunity to experience this tradition first-hand, as the campus fills with Fighting Irish fans from all over the country. Nick Garner of http://www.sportstalk4kids.com visited Notre Dame in November, and he gives viewers a tour of the landmarks, including Touchdown Jesus, the Fighting Irish Marching Band playing the Alma Mater and the Victory March in the Golden Dome, the Leprechaun, We're #1 Moses, Fair Catch Corby, and he even talks with legendary player, coach, and athletic director Moose Krause. He also spoke to some current Irish football players about their superstitions when they slap the Play Like a Champion sign before leaving the locker room and hitting the field.
