hummingbird feeder action. Wild and aggressive, the tiny birds are a force onto themselves, I always have a fear that one of the little buggers is going to fly into my eye with it's sharp beak.

  • @JCVdude This is awsome. did you take the video in slow motion? then speed up the footage?

  • @MyLaland Thx and no, I filmed in slow motion.

  • WHY THEY LOOK FAKE ARE THEY FAKE?

  • @4x4martin not fake, they come every year to my Mom's feeders.

  • Awesome!!!!

  • @viveecuador Thanks! Aren't they amazing little creatures! And just recently, in Jamaica, we came upon the Jamaican Apple tree. It's huge and beautiful and the whole inside is filled with hummers collecting nectar! It's the Jamaican National bird, called nicknamed the Doctor. It has very long tail feathers. I love these little birds. :)

  • Excelente!!!Gracias por la idea!!

  • @apenheal There are moths that look like humingbirds when they feed from flowers. Look up for Sphinx moth :)

  • I know what you're saying. People who have never seem them think that they are as peaceful as this slow motion video. That's the only way to really see them, in action.

In real life, they buzz around like giant bees. You'll never really see them sitting still in one place. Even when hovering they're darting around too fast to really follow.

  • @4x4martin they look fake for two reasons 1. the saturation of the video is very high 2. its in slow motion

  • Even in slow motion their wings are moving so fast!
