An apology from Redford for Mosher

I'd like to take a moment and stop to apologized for any traffic jams I may have caused... No. Wait. Let me start again. That's not an apology. I have slowed traffic. I know it and I am truly sorry. I apologize for all the delays I have created, I will create and I am likely out creating at this very moment.

But please understand, it is not my objective to impede your progress but rather to remove an impediment to our progress, Rep. Thaddeus McCotter.

McCotter dragged health care reform out for over a year, and now plans to spend the next two years destroying it. He voted against the TARP, money we will get back that likely prevented another great depression, but voted to protect the bonuses for the same people who created the mess, money we will never see again. He spends his time on the house floor making ad hominem attacks on the president and democrats while offering nothing in the way of new ideas.

I hope you all understand that the first amendment is one of the rights that helps to keep our democracy strong, so please bear with me just a few more days. Help me to vote Thaddeus McCotter out of office, I'll come down off the bridge and we can all get moving again.
