On this clip from the Tactical Edge Core Combatives Workshop we're looking at the difference you 'role' in an encounter makes; & how civilian, military & law enforcement applications will differ due to your 'role'. In this clip we look at basic arrest & restraint. Although as civilians our 'role' in a violent encounter means that we should be looking to finish the attacker as quickly as possible whilst staying within the law & escaping to seek safety; there can be times where some skill in arrest & restraint may be an advantage. In this clip we're looking at our prone hammerlock being applied after some basic combatives & one of the takedowns we've already drilled.
