@OlderG0ds I know that it should just be in an actual battle to be absolute I also know that it's more or less proven to win in a dog fight, no need to be offended.

@thatoneguy12ize So? It was just put into service in 2006 and it's an air superiority fighter, obviously we don't need air superiority in Afghanistan since they have no jets. Get a clue.

@dawood2u make a paper plane. throw it in the air. then get the scissors and cut the wings in half. throw it in the air again. You will see what the difference flight surface does. If u r looking for a reference in Wikipedia, u must be crazy. In my college years I wasn't allow to cite wikipedia as my reference, and there's a reason to it.

@Read2Rock You raise a good point of wing area, maybe you can give me some reference, so that I can do some reading, surely it is not mentioned on wikipedia. I am afraid you won't convince me about this wing area thing, unless you provide me some good solid reference.

@Read2Rock I think you need some more reading of my comments and watching of this video, my friend, not me! The cartoon in the video says that , "su-30 is a big aircraft, huge aircraft" , that's why it sinks, while the f-22 raptor doesn't. English maybe your first language, yet you don't get the point. The main point in this quote is, hugeness and weight, nowhere does he say anything about wing area or anything else, he simply says just because su-30 is huge, it sinks, while f-22 doen't.
