How do I apply a face morph to a companion. For example I made a Qunari face morph and I don't know how to apply it to Sten.

Can any1 tell me how can i make a custom weapon or how can i alter a existing weapon (make a two-handed sword an one handed or dagger so i can dual wileld them or as a shied-sword style) in my char in-use?I dont care about textures and backround.I just want a crazy looking weapon in my in-use gameplay.If can any1 tell me or link me a reffering video would be nice.Thank u in advance.
