Mar 3 : Old Guardian & OG Belgo Barley wine : Stone Brewing Company

This week we take an old favorite, Stone Brewing Companies Old Guardian, and do a side-by-side with the new Old Guardian Belgo from the Odd Beers for Odd Years.

We discuss the fury that arose over the possibility of not getting the original Old Guardian, talk about the differences between Wine vintages and beer vintages, and sample two delicious Barley wines and try to decide which we like best.

On Master Pairings with Dr. Bill, John finds himself in the kitchen to enjoy a delicious pairing of Macaroni and Cheese with Paulaner Oktoberfest or Marzen.

We'll be traveling a bit for the next month, so expect some really fun on the road shows coming in the near future.
