A short film following the course of the River Frome from where it rises at the foot of the Cotswolds to it's mouth in Bristol city centre. It was made as part of a competition called 'Bristol's Best Kept Secret' at the Wildscreen Film Festival 2008. We had 24 hours to shoot it (in terrible weather!) and 4 hours to edit.
I am glad I spent a couple of minutes to watch this. In the limited time you shot this you captured the essence of this river. I fly fish the Frome and know intimately the riffles, pools and glides which take it into Bristol a world away from the urban sprawl.

Nice film. Shame that in Bristol the Frome is hidden from view.
