HEALTHY ORANGE JULIUS RECIPE

RAWn VEGAN ORANGE JULIUS

5-8 Organic oranges
1 cup homemade Raw Nut or Seed milk
1/2 Vanilla Bean (or vanilla extract)
1 organic FAIR TRADE banana (optional)

NUT/Seed Milk
Soak RAW organic Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, macadamia, cashew, brazil) for 6-8 hrs in filtered water
or
Soak RAW organic Seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, hemp) for 2 hrs in filtered water
Drain soak water and rinse
then combine with equal parts water in a blender.
Blend till nuts or seeds are pulverized then add in extra water to taste. More water = lighter tasting milk
add optional vanilla and/or Raw honey or agave to sweeten
Pour mixture into a cheese cloth or Nut milk bag and squeeze like your milkin a cow.

Juice oranges
then combine with Nut/seed milk in a blender with ice and vanilla
Drink that shizz Add a banana if youd like a little more creamyness but I like it like this...simple.

@ocbc1975 I should do a review on it...because it is OK...for someone who uses blenders and food processors EVERY DAY I liked that it could be used as a food processor too since it uses S-blades similar to a traditional food processor...but I feel it falls short in some respects as it lacks major power to do professional level dips and creams and stuff AND it is a bit dangerous and awkward to clean the blades.BUT you do get a food processor a dough maker and a blender all in one for a good price
