Did the CERN LHC Particle Accelerator cause the Chile 8.8 Earthquake and the Iceland Volcano?

Could the CERN LHC particle acclerator being turned on, be related to recent earthquakes such as the February 2010 8.8 in Chile, March 2011 Japan 9.0 quake and tsunami? And the Volcano in Iceland that sent clouds of volcanic ash over Europe, closing airports. Could the CERN LHC particle accelerator be related to increased earthquakes and volcanoes around the world ? Note that there have been many earthquakes and volcanoes occuring worldwide in the past few months, especially in 2010. The CERN LHC giant particle accelerator was turned on at the end of 2009, and has been doing experiments in 2010. It is by far the largest particle accelerator ever built. Is it possible that CERN LHC experiments are producing particle beams that go into the earth's core, possibly causing earthquakes such as the February 2010 Chile 8.8 quake.
