Actually Buddy IS a good boss. He did what he had to do to "man up" the boy. Otherwise the kid would be in fantasy land. Only man with brass balls can make it in this world.

When I saw ol' Franky Boy go head to head with Kevin Sapcey, I new he could easily hold his own with the best of the best. Of course this has been confirmed many times over throughout his career
