  • how do you make that video????

  • @nerviousya We made it using After Effects at the Seesmic Offices.

  • You have the youtube icon listed in the trailer as one of the social networks you can add in Seesmic 2. How do you actually add your youtube account with it?

I can't see it listed as an option anywhere. All that is listed is: Facebook, Foursquare, Google Buzz, LinkedIn, Ping.fm, and Twitter.

  • @jamiekin You can download the plugins here marketplace.seesmic.com/

  • The one big problem I have with it is that it no longer works with linux, and when I asked them about it both on their support forums and on twitter, I was ignored...and it was my favourite social client.

  • @VoxDeiii Do you have the ticket number from zendesk? We will do our best to respond to you.

  • Great video - terrible font selection. :)

  • I have to say, I was waiting for this version for a long time.

But wait, Microsoft Silverlight? On my Linux?

    I don't think so. Next.

  • @javipelotazo Those programs do take time to learn. You can probably find people online who know how to use them and would work for cheap though.

  • @seesmic so....i guess that After Effects and Final Cut are similar? i need to make some video like this but i think i will need time to learn to use these tools :(

    Thank you very much

  • @seesmic so...any comments about linux? Because 2 weeks afterwards, there's still no reply from anybody on your feedback forum nor here...I guess you've all decided to simply ignore linux...such a shame...guess I'll stop recommending it, both for linux and for the iphone.

  • this was a waste of time. I STILL DON'T KNOW HOW IT WORKS

  • Looks really neat, but unusable on 1/2 of my machines since it depends on Silverlight.

  • @seesmic My post is number 892917 on your feedback forum, with the title "Since you are going silverlight...what's gonna happen with linux support?". And somebody there mentions moonlight...no, that's not an option, it won't be an option for a long while either.
