Moshe Rabbeinu began as an introvert, carrying a speech handicap, he was changed by the giving of the Torah at Mt. Sinai, the climax of parshat Yitro. With this transformation, his goodness (seen at his birth) was united with kindness, with the greatest kindness being the ability to transmit God's words to others.
The great tzadikim of the generations--the extension of Moshe Rabbeinu's soul--also went through a similar transformation, starting out as introverts, but being called upon by the Almighty to teach Torah to the people of their generation.
FOUR "TOVIM" ~ 1) Moshe ~ 2) Torah ~ 3) G-d ~ 4) Yisrael
Rabee Ezra said: "May Tov ARRIVE - and RECEIVE Tov - FROM Tov - FOR Tovim."
based on the VERSES... "Va'teireh Oto ki Tov Hu" [Exodus 2:2], "Ki Lekah Tov Natati Lakhem" [Proverbs 4:2],
"Tov Hashem la'Kol" [Psalms 145:9] and "Heitivah Hashem la'Tovim" [125:4]...
In other words: The good one [Moshe] will come and receive the good thing [Torah]
from the Good One (Hashem) on behalf of the good ones [Yisrael]. -Menahot 53b

If a person were to feel for a moment, what the PLEASANTNESS of TORAH is - he would go INSANE from it's SWEETNESS.
~Or HaHayim HaQadosh, a.k.a. R' Hayim Ben Attar
