Nabta Playa Complex Pt1

The Nabta Playa complex is the earliest known Archeological site in Egypt (c.11,000 years old) and only recently has our knowledge of Astrophysics become complex enough to understand that it is a map of the heavens over a 26,000 year long period, the length of the procession of the equinoxes to complete the cycle, incidentally the same length as the Mayan calendar, that is about to start over again in December 2012.

This understanding points to a people of the stars, and is in keeping with the stories on the walls of the Sumerian temples, our oldest stone tablet libraries that tell us over and over again...

@nirbija I am aware of this. I propose questions thought to stimulate thought, as I usually do. Most people aren't aware that their minds can be as developed as this. There are, however some of us who do. West has re-ignited many people's interest in it thought. Sometimes Ideas need a good push.

All of the knowledge representing the fully developed human mind has already been known and lived before, and will again.  We are now in the ignorance part of the cycle, which isn't going to last either.

While I cannot agree to the dating of any of these sites, I see them as far older, I can agree that they all exhibit the same knowledge of the stars. What if human evolution, proposed by JW West, is cicycle? If something more advanced was encoded into legends and myths for modern man?

@rahotep101 Dude you just repeated what I said! Anyway all of those things are very easy to figure out all cultures had this knowledge for as long as we have been on the earth! The megaliths in west africa align with constellations at specific times showing a knowledge and skill far greater than that of stone henge thats all im saying stonehenge still is an incredible sight just not comparable to african, southeast asian or south american monoliths and structures!
