I have used the G-Force Pro hinge now on several fence gate applications involving both wood and steel post construction. I have been totally satified with it!
I have had zero call backs for gate dragging and drooping from my customers since I started installing this product on each and every job. My fence company will use this hinge product from now on - it is a money maker because it saves time and is very high quality!

The diagonal brace when installed correctly will transfer the weight of the gate from the leading edge to the bottom hinge. The bottom hinge is also known to be the weight bearing hinge.
