This yummy treat has lots of great health benefits. Just some of them are: it promotes skin & eye health, high in fiber, gives you a prolonged burst of energy and puts you in a good mood.

Feel free to double, triple, quadruple the recipe! Refrigerate in an airtight container to store. Will only keep for a few days.

You can play with the ingredients and make it perfect for you.

Healthy variations:
Cocoa powder & stevia instead of the strawberry slimfast powder.
Almond, rice, or soy milk instead of regular. (less milk for creamier custard)

A yummy alternative: Just a teeny bit of cream or half and half in place of the milk for a delicious pudding. Refrigerate.
