How come there's a hole/venting in the container encasing the Forest Anion bulb?
It can clearly be seen when smoke is pumped into the tanks.
Also neat speeded up demo... Come on now... seriously...

It should be noted that most Ion collectors (some call them generators) mere collect the positive ions in one area, rather than neutralizing them. Check behind the desk and you'll find big black spots of pure filth, having been collected around the bulb.
Anyway, please do not mark things as spam, instead discuss it and prove it wrong. If the product is legit then there should not be a problem, correct?
