Band crunches are another good ab exercise. The first few reps I am doing, notice I have my legs wider, and am pushing my hips forward before starting the rep. This is a great way to use these for strength training, as it hits obliques, abs, and hip flexors. The last few reps I do are more of a crunch type movement that engage primarily just abs.
