You create a low poly version out of a Cube. Extrude it 5 times for each finger and once the other way for the thumb. Then extrude the wrist. Extend each piece to give it a little poof. Subdivide and work on details.
I made everything shown in these videos. Yes, you can put sound ingame. Just import the sound in the sound tab. Then make a Sound acuator and assign the sensor you want.
