    NOT ANYMORE, in my state in Australia they're trying to push through laws where if you chose to remain silent it can be used to tarnish your image in court legally.

    Great advise if the cop is a douche of if you're getting arrested, but if a cop pulls me over for a busted/not working tail light, I'm not going to make it worse for my self.
