its hard to remain silent when your drunk though.

think I watched em all. good knowledge to have on hand. gives you tools for court more than anything. that is why most cops do read you your miranda rights right away. to prevent yu from getting off on a technicality. if they don't they probly dont have a reason to arrest you in the first place. which goes into wheather your being detained or if your free to go.
