that garage belongs to Harrison thus its PA can't really do anything about it.... And i also went to my local Representative who deemed the PATH policy illegal itself......Even gave me a letter to show to the PAPD.... I was up there documented the Harrison Developments......and will do so every 2 weeks till 2018... and i'm planning on stealing on your spots....

Yeah, I was there today. I do business with a company on the backside of the lot. We spent a few hours in Newark afterwards. Heading to DC. Was planning to head to Montreal, but changed of plans.

@tazamack thankyou , the Parking Garage opened in 2008 , its part of a muti-billion Urban Redevelopment project. All the Industrial buildings will be replaced with Dense Housing , Entertainment and Retail. Phase 1 , 2 , 3 are complete , but the larger phases are yet to be constructed. The City of Harrison is thinking about restoring the M&E Harrison station and is getting a New Interchange on I-280 to coupe with Increased Traffic.
