Almost as good as the one my grandmother makes!!!!!
She uses a 'wet grinder' though, it gives it a smooth fluffy texture...but that's in India and this one is almost as good!!!!

@1337NoFear1337 , dear friend, in indian language we have a famous phrase- "gadha kya jane adrak ka swad", it means how can donkey undestand the taste of ginger...same applies to people- everyone have different taste, we understood ur taste through ur message.

hi Chef, it looks awesome.
I am in switzerland and after watching this video now i realise what i have missed to bring with me from india. am missin the real taste of Indian spices.... but now i can make it myself.

1:38 Lickable Pickle?!? lol.....in all seriousness though this must be a very aromatic recipe, I bet the whole neighborhood can smell all that ginger when it hits the pan.
