  • @oODJFriendlyOo cool man.. a fellow soulful house head!!! u.s garage & new york house 4ever!!!

  • @33discodave neither do I!! ;-)

  • @redjam40 sorry mate , didnt get this reply until now. Yeah man you're bang on. Nowadays is all about the money not about the music. I'm so glad to have grown up in the 'golden period' as you say, Thanx for your comments man.

  • @redjam40 it's about soulful & groovy & if it ain't i don't want 2 know...

  • cool track

  • If you ask any True House and Garage Head or HipHop Fan what was the true Golden Period of their respective music 9 times out of Ten you will get 1988 to 1996.. Just just check out this tune.. Can you honestly say that tunes like this would feature in House and Garage Dj/Producers thoughts these days???

Don't get me wrong is not all about being Soulful and groovy, however it helps and makes a track last longer or gives it longevity appeal because of it...

  • @oODJFriendlyOo - I honestly believe that the period from the period from 1988 to 1996 was the best ever period in House & Garage music. The reason why the Dj/producers were like us, they went to the same clubs as us, & they wanted the hit the dance floors like us. But just before they got to the dancefloor they got called to make music & what music they did created. Surprisingly Hip/Hop Producers as so calls this time - 1988 to 1996 as the best period in their music ever. The Golden Period!

  • @redjam40 big time

  • I have this still as a 12ich.. What a nice tune. Lonni Clarke singing gorgeously well and Mood 2 Swing providing the grooves.. What a prefect combination. I still think that Mood 2 Swing were criminally ignored.
