@pspkh2 get the ios 4 from felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/ then in itunes hold shift (pc) mac is something else... then click restore and select the ios 4 firmware from were u downloadd it to :) hope this helps

Ok, my itouch is a 4th gen 4.1 model MC jailbroken. the cable and itunes picture recently came up and it would not let me restore the itouch due to error 3194.

ok, my ipod is software version 4.2.1 and im trying to update to 4.3.3 or something, the latest one. it wouldnt update and i got "The iPod "iPod" could no be updated (11)" and i got the same for restore
