  • This guy is not a PT (obviously). Please consult your Dr. before doing these exercises. I've had back pain, and if I did this movements it would have made me worse. Be careful.

  • No, Ron, not a PT, but my wife is an ATC and worked with PTs clinically who have used these exercises with incredible success. :-)

  • I guess I slept wrong or I stretched out my back too much but doing the first exercise felt good and so did the second one but the third one make me groan a lot. Be careful with the last one and do it SLOWLY. Doing it too fast will obviously increase the pain and the term no pain no gain does not work here. Lol.

  • i don't know if this is to relieve of back pain...maybe to prevent it?..

  • I don't have back problems, just spent the weekend hunched over playing video games and my middle back hurts. It helped for about 2 minutes...I want my 2 minutes back!

  • Guys, be careful. If you have real back problems, like a ruptured disc or have had back surgery recently like me (i had a micro-discectemy on L4-L5), it might not be a good idea to twist your spine like he does, he does it a little violently (for a person with disc problems). The last exercise he does is better if you don't rotate your hips and simply do an extension by placing your hands on your hips and SLOWLY lean your upper body back, you'll feel your lower spine flex.

  • Want help go to upcspine and learn from the upper cervical specific doctors. Get the video the power of upper cervical. ,and read other things on the site.

  • ow I tried it and I couldnt do the exercises they hurt too much.

  • Yayyy!! I finally found it again....this is great. Im post spinal surgery and I do this every morning...even with my back brace on...and it really helps. Thanks for posting it...and please post more!!!
