@TheFeuerzauber ya i know its four operas i watched the first and second part and like half of the third (on dvd of course). ya i do mean pop singers and when i said voices i meant like, ok i forgot that people sing in opera. but i meant that the istruments are such a big part of the music, unlike most modern stuff
this conductor and knappertsbursch are the two greatest interpreters of this music. no one can bring out the tragedy of the death of a hero like wagner. it would easily apply to the death of any great hero, even now. we just don't have too many heros.
