Ya know, the only part I've wondered about is the sore spot below the collarbone. Is this exercise also designed to comfort the sore spot and remove the pain feeling as well as rewire the brain to new beliefs? Anyone has any thoughts on this, thanks:)
@starkid77 the sore spot is a naturally sore spot that all of us have there. I believe we rub it first to awaken some part of us that needs to pay attention. After all we keep a lot of things bound by our body even if our brain is saying everything is fine. So the sore spot is just a wake up call and pay attention to our body to what is about to happen. That's just my opinion.
