No doubt I'll be copying these Coronation Street accents soon enough! A 'switch' seems to occur every few hours with me. I'm supposed to be too young to talk like Stephanie Beacham, but at other times I sound like a child! I am in fact eighteen.

@69kolya I've forgotten what her usual accent sounded like as I've not seen her since Strictly Come Dancing (my favourite show and it's on again very soon, yaaaay!!!!!!) Unfortunately she only lasted a week, which everyone was a bit surprised at. However, I think her voice is still very lovely here. Northern is beautiful, that's what I say as a resident of the South East (England). Not all Northern accents of course, particularly among my age group, but others are quite enchanting, I think.

Not only is she extremely beautifull and still depite her age. Not only does she have a voice that makes you want to carress velvet. She also is a damn good actress! Wonderfull!

William Roache (Ken Barlow) was actually grieving as his wife died whilst filming with Stephanie. He must have been really strong doing these shots as you all know he was having an affair with the equally lovely Martha portrayed by the fabulous Stephanie Beacham, considering he was grieving for his wife. Must admit i was really gutted when Ken left Martha go like that..poor Martha!
