In October 2000, as part of the Oslo Accords, the city of Shechem was turned over to the Palestinian Authority. The Accords stated that until a final agreement was reached, Joseph's Tomb was to remain under Israeli control. That wasn't good enough for the Palestinians who invaded and destroyed the holy site. This is an example of Islamic respect for holy places. Not one Arab leader or country condemned this behavior. But then again, you wouldn't expect them to.

Hey idiot, here's some facts. When jewish holy sites wer eundr muslim rule, they wer eneglected. In the West Bank and east Jerusalem under Jordan, Jews were not allowed in east jerusalem and there wa sa fence around th western wall. Jordan built a highway in the Jewish cemtary. The muslims were not taking care f jewish ''holy sites.'' But Israel is going out of it's way to take care of Muslim holy sites. The temple Mount is also holy to Jews.

No it isn't. The Israeli government granted a Muslim Council full administration of the Temple Mount site.

Scriptural and secular historical evidence proves without a shadow of doubt that the Temple of God built by Solomon and the later Temple built by Zerubbabel after the Babylonian Captivity were both constructed about a third of a mile south of the Dome of the Rock (the place where all people today erroneously believe the original Temples of God were built).

What the Palestinians fear is that the Israelis will treat Muslim "holy places" in the same manner that the Islamic's will treat Jewish holy sites. As a reminder, I bring you Joseph's Tomb, located in the West Bank town of Shechem. Joseph died in Egypt, before the Exodus.
