The fact that all these people are fighting over petty shit just proves they don't get this song. This is about being outside of society as in being different and not conforming. She uses the word nigger as a metaphor for being considered second class.

Nice analysis and all of the word.. but the real point is that we are all "niggers" when we are treated like slaves.. or worthless in general.
