New Child Support Law - Texas

What if you had to be responsible for paying back child support for a 41 year old child. Well, here in Texas, it is possible and perfectly LEGAL. This couple simply hopes to inform Texans on this new law (Family Law 157.005) by sharing their current situation.

this is sad and sickening to hear!that woman is a golddigger and the judge could not see through it for what reason?what makes you decide that you need back cs for a 41yr old just out of the blue?i would love to know what smart person came up with this law and be very vocal to them in a not so nice way!i always say the cs is the new hustle and the states help women to screw men over in any way possible,not thinking about the harm they are doing to the kid or the men's mentally.

Why is it when woman can capatalize on the court systems bias of men, they think the rules are fair. But when woman are on the other end of the stick, and child support financially hurts them, they are all against the bias against men. All you woman need to come together and make up your minds...is it fair or not.

#3 support collection, VAWA, funds to police departments to implement dom abuse training etc.? Why aren't the people discussing these issues as they affect & will affect your brothers, sons, dads & uncles today or in the future. #5 a 2:1 ratio 4 every $ collected, pd out of soc sec funds. Google Title IV-D & read whole thing. That's your left/right wing retirement I'm talking about. #6 will give him 4 yrs n debtor's prison (debtor's prison was outlawed n the 1830's & is unconstitutional like VAWA & primary aggr laws which r based on profiling) But if a woman can't support her kids she gets welfare, free ins. WIC & a grant 2 pay 4 child care & 2 go 2 college, sec. 8 housing & utilities pd while man sleeps under a bridge r moves back n w/parents while he files bankruptcy r kills himself. This old couple broke up who's marriage & who whored their way into what relationship & what does that have to do with paying support on a 41 yr old adult. @lasheil75 I agree w/macole04 comments & how can someone protect themselves from a law that hasn't been passed yet? Most retroactive laws do not meet US Constitutional standards for fairness. Most ppl are intimidated by lawyers & contracts so why are you so harsh? "you are actually the the ones who got yourselves n this mess." So, if I was the AG n your state & made (retroactive) it a prisonable offense to post more than 2 comments on a single YT video wouldn't that make u a criminal?

@hubboy18 ....and they refuse to pay a man back his money if the child is found to not be his or if they take too much money. But these muthafuckers expect men to pay back child support...what a joke. Avoid this shit anyway you can. If you can claim disability and get SSD, good for you because they can only take $25 a month from you, you can then find other methods to make money and keep your money, such as either room renting or self contractor work...fuck these mommy support whores.
