The cymbal above had a crack of about 1/2" inch so we decided to cut it with the waterjet since there's no heat involved thus not affecting the sound as much as a lathe machining would.

    3. Repeat

If you keep doing that you'll end up with a Zil-Bel XD

  • Damn my cymbal cracked. Oh, wait, no problem. My dad is already starting up the waterjet machine in our backyard. -.-

  • @dashingjavi

  • Tarnished cymbals sound great!

  • @dashingjavi it shoots water at the surface it is cutting, really really fast baically

  • lmao

  • @alwaysopen wait, how does this cut with water?

  • @drummer790

How much is a new cymbal of any quality? $100 or more?

You could have this done for less than half that. It's a simple machine that cuts with water. I've seen them cut granite 3" thick.

  • that's cool is the circle like preprogrammed or something? this is the first time i've seen this kind of thing

  • @CREAMEGGOFDOOM hahah, what kind of sorcery is this
